Buzz Savories blends, packs and processes mustards - Spicy Beer Mustard and Spicy Honey Mustard. The mustards are made from locally sourced ingredients (Olde Creamery Stout and honey). Spicy Beer Mustard and Spicy Honey Mustard, Condiments with Character, fulfill our quest to cook simply with authentic ingredients that pack spice and an earthy flavor. The blend of honey, mustard seeds and Olde Creamery Stout captures a rich and indulgent essence reminiscent of Old World mustards with a 21st Century twist. The mustards are blended, packed and processed in small batches and locally incorporating local honey, and locally brewed craft beer plus yellow mustard seeds, brown mustard seeds, mustard powder, cider vinegar, Turmeric, Allspice and salt - all food. Spicy Beer Mustard promises luxury for lunch, for salads, sauces, dips and spreads, and a new condiment to lift the flavor of brats, burgers, grilled, cheese, pork chops, and more of our favorites.
