We raise grass-fed bison. We have an on-farm state inspected slaughter facility and the meat is processed and packaged at Custom Pack in Hastings. We do all the distribution and sales ourselves. We have been selling the meat for about 24 years. We are now making and freeze-drying bison bone broth.
