For 20 years, the Parthenon Greek Grill & Taverna operated as a traditional brick-and-mortar Greek Restaurant in Lincoln, Nebraska. Serving up authentic Greek cuisine and incorporating exciting new food trends and high-quality ingredients, this restaurant became a community staple and a Lincoln family favorite. In 2022, the Parthenon closed its doors — but only as a dine-in restaurant! Now operating as The Parthenon Catering, Mike and George Kazas have transformed their business model into something portable, sustainable, and as delicious as it ever was.
